Hello guys..

Is there anyone could tell me why my patch's download can't be completed?

it's always getting error while downloading 2013-9-4data_gm_r.gpf. file    

I don't know how to solve it...anybody knows?

maybe because 9/4 patch is too large. There were many people who had problems downloading that file.

 

Try downloading it manually. Go tho this link and download the 9/4 file (not the whole client).

Take note that the 9/4 file is about 100MB I believe so if you see your computer downloading a file more than 1 GB then it's downloading the whole client and you have to cancel it and click on the 9/4 link.

 

Edit: After the downloading the 9/4 patch, unzip it and paste the file inside the RO folder.
