so i just opened some october spooky crates and got no safe to 10 certs....description reads:"when opened this crate gives 5 october spooky boxes AND 1 safe to 10 certificate....did i just get scammed?

There was an announcement about it last night, was a typographical error on the box - likely came from the old crate that offered this. It stinks, but, after you factor in how insanely amazing these limited costumes are, with the cost, it's not too bad.

We released a patch to the description before the item was available for purchase. If you really are unhappy with not receiving the safe to 10 I would be happy to personally exchange your unopened crates for like value in other item mall items. Or return them to Kafra points. Please submit a ticket then PM me a ticket number. Make sure to specify what items you want.

 

To prevent future issues I will re-release the description patch.

lolol its too late for that i already opened em...than went to my items to grab my +10's and..........ya u guys should be a tad more clear in the future...but its all good

It was announced BEFORE they were available to be bought that they weren't going to be in the crates.

As much as I appreciate another fan of Legends of the Galactic Heroes.. I think this thread has served it's purpose. Teddy if you want I can unlock the thread.
