Hi,

 

I stopped playing since last year after i got bored as a character of mine was facing some technical issues and no one was able to fix it.

 

I started playing again today and realised that the servers have been merged. When i logged into my game accounts and checked their storage, they were all empty. Now i am just a lvl 110 rune knight with nothing in my storage.

I used to collect all sorts of stuff.

 

Please tell me this can be fixed.

The default (main) storage now is Ymir's. The storages of Ygg and Valk still exist and can be accessed through:

 

• VIP subscription: allows you to open Ygg storage as well as Ymir.
• Kafra card: allows you to open Ymir, Ygg and Valk storages.
• GM assistance.

 

Currently, you can access all of the three storages for free through Mail Annex Station. The NPC to access the station is found in Eden second floor and is called Mail Annex Station.
