He already said it was an issue affecting all the servers. It's something that the developers have to work on.

Shammy there is a Database error on mail when retrieving attachments. 

is the halloween earings can be extended? not the box but the item usage duration. 

@Random - Silver coins is not available on POW Center cant get souls got a bunch of bronze coins here.

The Halloween Races don't seem to work for me. It said there was one at 22:30 server time and I tried to get in but was closed. I want to finish the quest and see what's next. Also, how do you get the last of the 3 Halloween achievements?

It's a different event from last year's Halloween Event. But do you mean the IM rings/necks/earrings that gave certain skills a level?
