IM error . Help GM's!

i buy a skill book in item mall, but it is nothing in my coloumn purchase.

so, what should i do?

Submit a ticket to the link above, and they can place the items in the purchase tab.

From submitting a ticket, you get a ticket # that you can send to him to get it checked on.

The ticket # is shown in the email. Upper.. right? I believe.
