I can't make a perfect event out of it.. but here is what i will do for my contribution. I am going to check the booking now and then and if i see any party ad above 30mins in there i will try to mail them a gift. This should also help little bit of mailing system. 
For making an ad as party leader to invite people.
1.Go to booking

2. click on invite

3. Enter the level , map (Zone and particular map). Now with the level enter the lower level of the party. For a 120-135 party enter 120 in the level box.
The booking automatically adds a range of 15 levels and displays 120-135.

4. Now for job, you have two options (based on if you want a specific class or not).
If you don't know [Eg: you want a killer but don't know whether to choose say a ranger or warlock]---- Go to role and just select what role you want in party. 
But if you know specific class, Choose accordingly. [Refer images below]. Different classes can be chosen from the set of classes in the JOB drop down list.

5. When done. click search on the main booking window and your ad will appear also with your own personal ad modify window.

the modify option lets you take off a class invited in the first place [eg:taking off champion.] 
Also there is a minimize option on the modify window.

And to close the ad just close the modifying window. 

NOTE: the notice option in the main window next to search lets you hear a loud beep when ever there is a new ad. So check it . 

Also to get notifications as text in chat window

In your chat window settings, keep finding party member message on to get the message

For making invite request. 

About making a search.. Give a blank search and it brings all available ads. or you can do specific search too. 
Just select the ad and click 1:1 conversation. That lets you to pm the leader or advertiser directly

(Also since it has memorial dungeons which has ET,Sealed shrine, Orc's memory{- dont know what that is }and Nid.
So possibly you can leave a recruit ad on your vendor with a combo of automated message at what time the run is going to happen)

(I heard rumors that in kro. they have a one line description option which might help even more.i hope it comes to iro soon too )
 

Few commands

/organize "Party Name" - make party
/invite "Recruit Name" - to invite
alt+z - open or close party recruiting window
To change the party settings click the magnifier in party window. [Only leader can change this]

I thought this was bugged and not working correctly.

Glad to see I was wrong! Awareness of this function is sorely needed with the recent influx of players.

It was never broken the round about method to make an ad. made people think it was broken. I used it a lot when renewal hit.. but it went down with time. But some how now and then i catch one or two rarely by using it ...even for ti parties..

I know it was used a few months after its introduction - like when TIs were implemented too (Ice Titans around Xmas a few years ago??). I found it really useful, but somehow less and less people used it. It seems it is more convenient to sit in Eden witch a chat 'duh...

Tested and verified,i can't believe that the booking system is actually never broken like people assume.

I don't choose the specific job in order to make my party more open for more people,not just some specific role of some class.

Gotta have some of my guild members to know about this...

I think the only people you couldn't mail to are characters on the same account as the sender.

It is good thing people start to use booking system again. I stop try to click that option due there's no one ever post it (and some trauma from the past)

 

With this, hopefully people start to realize there is another way to level outside TI

I can do what ever there is that could be sent. (since its mostly supply items for woe that can be sent i could do something.say 1k maneater blossom might get you few levels on the next char you make or slims)

it would be perfect if we could get a blink or any sort of notifications when our level/classes meets requirement for the booking.

See the Note  line in the main post up top (you need to switch on the main game sound and the notice option in the booking window for it to work) . SO yea it notifies all the players not just one range. Also in your chat windows if you kept your regular message on. It will say "There is a new ad" or something similar 

I just realized you need to have "Finding party member message" setting on, in your chat settings. I will edit the post when i get time.

nice i saw it now..now im trying to use, and only got 1 party member for 30 minutes..hopefully by this thread it will get more popular

Hikusaak is using it daily. and he got 3 ppl for juperos yesterday. Also i saw 2 or 3 new persons in game using it. Am posting high ti from time to time too.. 
Well if i put 135~ at hugel abyss its well understood its high ti map ... [unless ur total noob right?].. so yea.

Actually,we didn't even manage to go to the map itself.Just waiting for 1 AB and then we're ready to go.

And besides,it was almost bedtime for me back then.

I see no people use it as of this post for today though

oh look its me Fenris :V I always have booking on whenever I'm screwing around while leveling. Although practically pointless but nyeh
