List of ideas and suggestions to help improve Requiem Memento Mori

 

-An Upgrade for Rex as a quest, for the free players, The quest would be around level 50 or so and would upgrade your normal rex to a Fast Rex(like in the one day click but permanent) or would give an item to compound the rex at 100%. and again at level 75 or so, to upgrade the rex once more, to a flying mount (a rex with the ability to fly) with lower move speed than the ones in Item Mall it would fly with 60% speed or a little less even.

-Permanent Costumes from item mall in Lucky Boxes with slim % chance of aquiring it, the boxes cant use magic sticks.

on the same note free in game costumes, possibly permanent, they must be compounded with allow success rate, and will give lower HP/MP & HP/MP Recovery than Item Mall costumes,or possibly just give a stat such as STR CON INT DEX etc, and can be upgraded from Ordinary, Supernus, Eximus, Rare, Carus.

 

-Quests give a small amount of Honor Points, about 5 per quest, since low levels can't honestly compete in Battle fields, and definently cant do raids. This system was suppose to balance things but it's only helping the strong get stronger at the moment.

 

-Rebalance Raid bosses, Honestly, Ruinhorn is a level 60s raid boss and it takes a party of level 80s-90s with +30 equipment to take it down, I understand you want to make it tough, but i dont see any level 60-70s in any Ruinhorn parties except rarely. Open Numaris Ruins, Narsell Lab and Black Tower Dungeons.

 

-Finish Biskra, Doom Cheras, and Lord Werinuman Raid Armor Sets, make more items like Ruinhorn scales for all Raid Bosses with different stats and attributes of course

 

-Make the party sign up window more functional, it should be easier to Register and create a party. Also create a guild status board, the board will be shown upon pressing guild window when a player has no guild, and it will allow players to apply for a guild, guilds can also edit descriptions, so the players know what to expect from the guild,

 

- Guild Quests(Quests that guild leaders can accept or managers) these quests will give guild points and must be done by guild members only in a party possibly guild dungeons as well, which will drop special armors and other items. As well as guild exp (guilds should be able to level up to show guild rank in the guild window mentioned above).

 

-Add Unique Boss AI's so it's not always the same boring routine and hassle for bosses

 (I.E. make RuinHorn at some point fly up so he cant be hit by short range physical Classes, and must be knocked down by casters, while he is knocked down his defense and resistance will drop by half, and he will become stunned/knocked down for say 10 seconds.) Just an example, it might be a bit difficult to implement but it'd be more interesting than standing still the whole time.

 

-Add more regular armors in game, the cap level is 90 and the normal armor drops stop at 60 also make the normal armors a bit more useful, at least the higher level sets so people dont NEED to rely on raid equipment to play, 

 

-Add Repeatable Quests for EXP Lant and Honor Points, these would be daily quests similar to the battlefield quests.

 

-Sell Megaphone Items In game, this would make it alot easier for players to communicate messages, such as selling raiding grinding etc. Put a cooldown time on them, so they cant be spammed.

 

- Fix PK protect many people exploit the fact they can pk protect and unprotect at will, theres a simple solution. PK protect can only be used while not in combat mode and have a cooltime of 5 minutes after unprotecting(AFTER removing pk shield, not after the shield was used)

 

-new level 90 skills?

 

- Free In game Pets, these pets would be permanent or have the capacity for time increase, they'll  go up to level 5 and be obtained from a quest at level 45 or so, depending on the pet it will increase a certain stat, you will have 5 choices of 5 new pets from the quest one for each stat STR, CON, DEX, INT, & MND. it will increase that chosen stat by 1% for each level.

 

-(big fix but seems a bit more fitting) Physical classes need to be facing a target to attack them, and can easily get out range of attacks, so there's a bit of skill involved in pvp for most physical classes. however magic classes can just stand still and cast aoes over them and shoot from far, I had an idea to make them require a bit more skill to play, which could be a bit tough to create, but it'd make it a little more interesting. Have the cast skills (like the mystics fireball skills etc.) either A.) Take Evasion into consideration, similar to physical skills, or B.) make them evadable, say you reach the end of the skills target distance, it will disappear before you are hit, or say you run fast enough to the side of it, it will chase you but only so far.

 

- A title system I know they already had this a while back, it'd be nice to see it actually used for something other than looks. also an achievement system to go with it, say you defeat Ruinhorn you will gain an achievement which will unlock a new title such as I.E. Dragon slayer or if your PK count goes past a certain point you'll gain a new title, many possibilities !

also the achievements will give you points which can be used as currency for items

 

-Make the Battlefields points Unique again so that people will actually join them instead of always joining FOC, Ion Mine and 5vs5 Battlefield are always dead. make the battlefields instanced, so if one battlefield is full, it will create a new one.

Also fix the 5vs5 Battlefield so it requires 5 people on each side before it will register, upon registery both teams will be sent to the waiting rooms, and will be given 15 seconds to prepare, then both teams will warp in at the same time so no one has the advantage of precasting. the last team member standings team will win, and both teams will be sent to the waiting room for another round, and will be given another 15 seconds to prepare, (will go for three rounds).

 

-Give pets the ability to send and receive mail you would normally get through mail box (pet will leave your side for 30 seconds before mail is received and 30 seconds after mail is sent upon which time the pets benefits will not be gained.)

 

-Fix Forge rates of items so it's more balanced, (had this idea for a while.) from +1-+10  the deterioration and break rate will not go past 0% however the success will slowly drop(depending on the grade), from +11-+20 the success rate will reset, and will slowly drop again the higher it goes, (I.E +11 to +12 will be like +1 to +2) the difference this time though, will be deterioration will begin to go up as well as the success dropping, and +21- +30 will reset again, this time the break and deteriorate rate will slowly climb and success will drop

More ideas later this is just a few suggestions I've come up with.

They also need to revamp the reinforce system. Costs the same to reinforce a piece of -_- grey armor as it is to reinforce a super awesome purple armor of the same level with the only difference being the Xeon class to reinforce with. At level 79 armor, cost of reinforce is over 100k, with over 4 million worth in Xeons. Yet Lant reward is always the same.

I want to see more statistics after battlefields, not only kills and deaths, but

  • damage dealt
  • damage received
  • heal done.

(+ More contribution, I mean come on, I can get 360k in 10 minutes, or less. Surely im not alone)

I agree heals should count , as well as higher contribution the rewards at higher levels is just not worth the effort really,
 

  • also 10/20% potions are usable when pk shielded even if the protected person is red/purple
  • Fix Resolute shoulder with dual swords (it goes through the characters face)
  • Guild base would be awesome(this could be used for guild meetings or hangouts, as well as a warring spot for guild wars I.E. a guild war is sent it will invite them to the guilds base to fight, without hassle of pkers trying to get involved.)
  • Glow for armors when enchanted, it'd be pretty cool to see an awesome glow like the weapons have but on your armor
  • higher grade potions, most people have high HP/MP pools and the highest potion we got, is like 850 or so, it'd be nice to get some stronger potions 
  • Sex change/ Face change in item mall
  • Permanent mount in lucky boxes as well(same as costume idea)
  • more skills to add more diversity to characters, most classes have very few skills and all builds are the same, add more diverse skill trees(look at druid skill tree for example)
  • all armor sets should have different stats similar to the 79/85 weapons & 85 armors
  • compoundable xeons(I.E Ordinary<Supernus<Eximus<Rare<Carus)
  • Requiem is supposed to be horror themed but it's pretty lacking in the area some monsters just arent very fitting to the horror theme, I'd like to see more monsters that are more scary, more horror themed maps eerie music and fogs/weathers
  • Armor Break(your armor/weapon has a rate at which it becomes inefective, I'd like to see the armor visually busted up and eventually gone, at 0 rate till you repair again.)
  • Make Items in Auction Hall Purchasable via mall points people constantly purchase items with mall points might as well make it so people dont get scammed.(you will be able to set mall point price and lant price)

my proposed balcksmith revamp (not perfect but if adjusted a bit could work very well just need to play with the rates)

In this way i think we will kill forge events. With just a 30% event you get 100% at +30. Is toooooo much

Dont know how much more obvious i could make it this was just a Example and not the actual formula as i said above

"not perfect but if adjusted a bit could work very well" i was thinking more making it so people can +15 without malls, and a way to keep forge events NEEDING to be +60% honestly this is one of the only games i've ever played that you absolutely NEED a forge event to plus your equipment

if you look at how the reinforcement is now for end game carus items, a pure free player can get only +6.

that is 1/5 the power of a pure mallwhore which is a bit too much of a difference

1-10 should be doable with no mall

11-20 should be doable with with a little mall

and 21-30 should be doable with more mall

for end game items

rares should be 1-15 no mall

16-30 little mall

eximus 1-30 no mall but only during a 50% forge

supernus 1-30 no mall but with HH 20%

and basic should be 1-30 no mall no HH no forge
