Unable to verify Warpportal Support account

My account got banned to day. It says prohibited to log in until 2020-12-31. I send in a ticket to the support but I can't check my ticket because I was unable to verify my account in the support page. No email being send to me to verify it. Can anyone help me?

Have you checked your email's spam folder? Also please have a look at this article.

Tried using hotmail and gmail as well. Still no email from warpportal support.

I registered a warp portal support account. No verification email being send to me. I tried changing emails, resend, and changing browsers. I even tried all this :-

Still no email being send to me. Any CM here that can help me with this issue?

WP support emails have always been pathetically unreliable. It is rare for me to receive any of the emails the support system attempts to send. They blame spam filters - but this really doesn't hold water, because every other company seems to have no trouble.

Hmm I see what OP is talking about.

 

When registering a WP support account you will be asked to verify it to be able to view your tickets on the WP support page (the "View Tickets" button is not visible at this stage). However, the verification email is never received at least when tested earlier on a gmail account and a freshly created WP support account. With this, there is no way to view the ticket or reply to it.

My account got suspended yesterday. What should I do now? I already open tickets on this matter.

The only thing for you to do after the submit the ticket is to wait like most player out of 300 account. Like me, we cannot do anything now but wait. The GM probably working hard to sort out this problem and it is also possible that the number account name like us could be last on the list ( I don''t know ) but maybe we should give them a break so they can do their job. I don't think that it fair if all of them were to work themselves too hard on the computer screen that effect their health. After all they are only human after all.

 

Just wait once you submit the ticket. I know you can to get back into the game but patience 2781. My fellow number name account from steam !!!

I am bumping this because I am having the exact same problem and I have waited 3 months with still no reply. 

I want to know why I am banned and appeal it. I was not doing anything wrong. I have been playing since 2005 and lost my account all of a sudden when I wasn't even online. Where can I view my ticket. The support page is being an anus-nipple and not letting me view any tickets and no emails.

Please help.
