I have been playing around with simulators as much as I can, and searching online a lot, but I haven't found a solution. If you're out there, let me know! If you'd like to share your secrets, that would be awesome, but if not, I'd still love just hearing if it's possible at all!

whats the problem? the only difference between baby and regular is just that baby can have maximum of 108 base stats. my ranger is 193 aspd 100 base agi and 96 dex

Beholder Master carded +14 elven bow!

Late, but you can do it without +14 beholder but you need to be pretty decked out on buffs and foods. (guarana, celermine, party buffs, +20 foods awake etc. WWS gives +2 aspd and If you have agi enchanted WWS that helps. I used demon mask incu combo for headgear and simple bradium brooch for accessory,

 

There's probably better ways to do it tho~ but I'm not that richxD

very easy (for richs xD)

 

up- +12 small poring band or demon mask combo or ranger googles

mid- flirs pinions or anything that gives AGI (like sloted glasses with nightmare card)

low - not really important

armor - valky armor with agi enchant and ancient mimic card,  there are other options but im very lazy  

weapon - +10 ~ 14 B. Master bows. or Ixion wings or elven with just AS card

garment - +12 FAW (special AGI + %aspd enchants with nine tails cards or raydric) or if can´t afford  +9 FAW (ASPD enchants nine tails card or raydric) or (less effective +9 HBP)

shoes -  +12 WW Boots (AGI enchants Odium thana card) Or +12 (black leather boots odium thana card less effective but not that high price)

Acces - Bakonawas or RWCs (AGI+3 with kukre cards) or glorious Rings or Bradium Brooch (kukre card)

 

+Food AGI+20, Awak potion, Enrich Celemine, guarana candy or mmm i don´t remember anything else.

 

as you can see there its a lot o ways to get max ASPD and actually you don´t need all this equipment you can reach 193 with only a few pieces but try to have all buffs (also increase AGI if can and bless) now if you are sticking with WW Set then

 

up +12 small porings band

mid -same

low - same

Armor +9~12 WW suit (ancient mimic and LUK enchants or CRIT)

weapon  +10~14 elven bow (B. master) or simply elven with whetever you want

garment  +X WW mant max AGI enchants you can afford

WW boots - same

Acce- WW brooch (+2 AGI enchants) AND Bakonawa tatto 

 

all the buff metioned before

LUK food and enchants would be very nice to complement that ancient mimic card.

 

so to the WW set i guess you really need the +14 B. master bow and the Bakonawa because you can not get 120 AGI i say I GUESS becuase i dont have all the equipment listed becuase i dont use WW set in my ranger to ASPD i only use the WW set for AS usage.

Now with the first set you can reach 193 ASPD very easy with out even 100 base AGI i guess with 90 you must be more than fine.

I'm too lazy to put mora enchants. For some reason it's not saving the item buffs. But if you add the VIP buff and drosera herb stew and enriched celermine juice it should be at 193. I put 108 Agi cause I think that's the max stat point you can put in baby. I hope I'm right. Either way, you can also get swing dance buff

It's possible even without beholder master card. Ppl sells beholder master card for 1b now (it was freaking 350m back when I first played, dunno what happened to market). if you're too poor to buy a beholder master card, just make yourself an acolyte buff slave. Just need job level 11 acolyte to get increase agi lv10. +12 agi from buff is a guaranteed +1 aspd even when you aspd is already 192. Buff last 4 mins, but most MVPs are down in less than 3 mins.

Huh? I never knew that awakening potion and guarana candy stack. Noob me.

You can always get a bow that you can enchant with aspd if you can't afford a beholder master card.
