Hello guys, i have been returned to play after few months, interested by the new patch. But i have some questions about the gear progression:

Before the last patch the gear progression was ------ Hit the level 50 ------ Goblin leader ( for the weapon) ------ RHD ----- Bapho --- CoA ------ AoD

The gear progression now is the same with the new dungeons after AoD or the old progression is no longer used?

ML gear is better than raid gear as it is.. progression is more like 50 -> make sure job level is 50 -> go Master Level -> figure out which mob drops your class's gear (check sticky in ML forum) -> grind for about an hour to get green set -> gather crafting mats to make Menace.

Redo the grind/mats around ML 11 for Joser gear, then at ML 20 you can wear Osiris gear (recipes are dungeon boss drops, as well as some of the mats you need).

The only reason these days I can see someone do the old raids is because you need entrance to Chaos Dungeon to farm the green seeds, but other than that the old dungeons are obsolete.

I see. So what is the new gear progression?

Guys how can I make Joser set? I checked the Artisan NPC's but I didn't find any Joser equips that can be learned. How's that?

Guys how can I make Joser set? I checked the Artisan NPC's but I didn't find any Joser equips that can be learned. How's that?

You can only learn Joser craft by using the design dropped from Dayr Desert mobs

You will also require Desert Storm gear in order to craft Joser gear.

Killing any of these mobs below will randomly drop either design or gear.

Make sure you slay the correct mob that has a chance to drop for your class.

Desert Storm

Knight / Warrior

Muka

Sander

Freyjanity Sword Warrior

Freyjanity Sword Fighter

Exectuer Desert Battler

Thought Of Musphel

Mummy

Assassin / Rogue

Dansa Amigo

Female Sapphire Wolf

Apostle Of Guts

Freyjanity Desert Fighter

Freyjanity Desert Warrior

Wizard / Sorcerer

Spike Muka

Striped Hyena

Freyjanity Sand Magician

Freyjanity Desert Magician

Burning Musphelian

Ranger / Beastmaster

Muka Needle

Spotted Hyena

Executer Desert Attacker

Apostle Of Craze

Priest / Monk

Samba Amigo

Male Sapphire Wolf

Sand Roll

Apostle Of Extreme Heat

Executer Desert Healer

Soulmaker / Crecentia

Deserter

Giant Sand Roll

Apostle Of Insight

Desert Kepri

Sand Kepri

Accessories

Desert Cleaner

Senorita

Niddle Niddle

Latnafura

Sand Shadow

Alfons

Accessories and designs are from the unique mobs, that look slightly different and far less than its counterpart.

Accessories are on "miniboss" mobs, I think (which have all the same HP as normal mobs). For Mukas, this means Senorita and Niddle Niddle.

Once you got the gear parts and the designs, you can proceed to gather other material either by hunting mobs continuously or buying with your MP from NPC Dapara or buying from Auction House:

Then you should add this:

Materials:
All Menace weapons require:

All Joser weapons require:

Menace hats, gloves and shoes (Artisan/Blacksmith) require:

Menace armors and pants require:

Joser hats, gloves and shoes require:

And also, is Joser Weapons dropped in that same guide you posted for Joser drops from mobs? Thanks.

Those mobs doesn't drop Joser Weapon, but they do has low chance to drop the Joser Weapon Design which is needed to learn Joser Weapon craft. Must be at least ML1 Blacksmith to learn and to craft it. Or you can search around from a player vendor that offers Joser Weapon crafting service and covers the exact weapon you're looking for. You still need to hunt the materials and pay that player asking fee though. Or just buy it either from player or from Auction House.

Telovi can you also post a same guide for Osiris Equips? Thanks in advance. :)

I have zero experience in Osiris Craft so cannot be much help. But it follows the same rules as Joser Craft: get the designs that had a low rate to drop from the bosses inside Tomb of Osiris, specific boss drops specific design, learn the crafts with the designs, gather the listed materials, craft them.

There are informations about the mobs and locations that provided the materials required by Osiris Craft around this forum, but unfortunately, they're vague and not collective enough for me to tag over here. However, I happen to remember RO2DayCare@Azuria. Datas over there are by no mean error-free or complete, but in one place. Hope that helps.

edit: fixed two overlook tangled sentences to avoid confusion.

First thing first, congratz on your Joser set!

You'll need to drill the blind socket with a Rocket Puncher before you can insert any rune into the it. Only Blacksmith are able to craft Rocket Puncher, but worry not, you can still buy it from player or from Auction House. Since this is a free world, if you didn't feel like spending zeny, you don't have to, as long as you manage to find one player's vendor that offers crafting service for Rocket Puncher, collect the materials, pay the service fee and you'll have yourself a Rocket Puncher.

And Joser Accessories also. Some guide. What monsters drop those accessories. Thanks!

Any rare 60 level mobs in Dayr Desert drop the Desert Storm accessories and Joser Design for accessories. By rare I meant those with slight different frame and much less amount than their siblings. Your best bet for them will be that caramel-ish body, lavender-colored sombrero wearing Muka. Keep dancing with him until he gives your the design and the Desert Storm accessories. Both got low rates, though, so get on your sneakers.
