Can't Log on my main-account

Hey there!

 

 

3 days ago, I randomly DC d in Juno, shortly after paying for another month of VIP. From that point in time on i cant connect to this account. The DC felt like a "Talking to an NPC while moving" DC.

Shortly before reaching the character selection Window I get the Error Message:

 

"Disconnected from Server"

 

This is of c on the Classic Loki server. <snip>

 

I can connect every other account without a problem.

 

 

This problem persists for 3 days now and I cant enjoy the last days of the Juno spotlight:(

 

There s no solution in sight so posting here is my last resort.

 

 

Maybe someone on the forum can help me!

I did so 3 days ago. Sent anotherone which didnt even get confirmed:<

 

When reading the threads in this forum section I kinda get the feeling that it wouldnt be a big deal to help me...

 

I was hoping to be able to log in again before the end of the spotlight :(

 

 

 

PS: i dont even know which is the proper section to select in the support area...

Account suspension? Well it didnt get suspended lol. I m not "banned till XX.XX.XXXX"

Can you connect from a different computer? From a different internet connection?

 

Let's try the easy stuff to figure out if this is a problem with your computer/connection, or something wrong with your account - because if it's not something wrong with your account, the GM's are unlikely to be of any use.

I cant connect from a different PC and from a different IP. I Can log all my other accounts. Just not this one.....

 

 

 

to me this feels just so random..... unbelievable
