can do without hax.

make shortcut-

Target: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Gravity\Requiem\system\Requiem.exe" 128.241.93.161 -FromLauncher 0/0 0 0 1 3 0

make sure in shortcut properties-

Start In: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Gravity\Requiem\system"

 

Right click on your desktop and create new shortcut, then copy the link including the "  Quotation Marks and create your new launcher, you can now launch as many times as you want to.
