i can edit or change password but cant remove game account

Once a game account is bound to your WarpPortal account, it can't be deleted. You can send in a ticket to move it to another WarpPortal account if you have good reason for doing so.

Its easy to remove
Submit a ticket asking them to close the account.
This wont fully remove it but it'll be closed down meaning noone can get in it nor play till its open again.
