In this video and others the player uses GFist and just regain full sp (im assuming that he used something like yggdrasil seed/fruit)  to keep Gfisting the mvp till it dies. Okay everything fine until i realized that time between the Gfist skill and the sp's regain was lower than 10 secs. Shouldnt it be restricted only to Spiritual Cadence(and the Monk spirit) Regain? Or am i misinformed?

How you guys MVP nowadays? Like One Gfist, snap away, regain sp,snap in ,other Gfist...?

You can't snap with 0 sp and you can't recover sp for 10 seconds after a fist so people fist->speed pot->run->regain sp->snap in->repeat

or you can fist -> take the damage -> regain SP -> Fury/RD ->fist -> repeat

or maybe fist -> fly wing -> regain SP -> Fury/RD -> look for MVP again praying not found by other players -> fist -> repeat

or you can do combinations of speed pot/tank damage/fly wing

if i need to MVP on my sura with mutliple hits I speed pot away from the fists,sometimes you need to anodyne+speed pot to make it away as safe as possible. Otherwise, if the map allows it, fist -> flywing > setup > fist again

Usually you flywing. Snap -> Gfist requires you to wait a couple of seconds because you cant gfist immediately after snap
