I tried some stuff yesterday and put some skillpoints in it again for the lulz, and gawd it is so awful.
4 m range and 1.5 casttime - you know how absurd four meters are in order to cast lith? noone will remain long enough in that range for that skill to have any effect.
i suggest to reduce the cast time or increase the range again ~ or ~ just delete it from the defiler skill tree because its useless.

If they dont change the skill to make it better, then they maybe can add a dna to increase the range or something.

whats the use of lith if i can only use it after i used one of my other cc skills.I guess that you first must CC the target in another way to use lith after that, but i can see that against Commanders is useless.
i dont think i would invest dna points just to be able to stop one class, thats no way to make it useful.If they dont change the skill to make it better, then they maybe can add a dna to increase the range or something.
the thing is, its good that they corrected the bug or whatever that made your aoes still hit the target in lith,
but reducing the range to allmost nothing was a failure.

There are already too many "appendix" skills from S1 making everyone's build a clone of the others cause there aren't better skills to take. If they make all skills useful there will be more builds available and thus making the game having more variations.

idk maybe just make the range like 10 or 15m like sleep and keep cast time so it wont be that easy to cast but more usefull
but 1 min is a bit long :s maybe like 20sec when maxed?

also that "lith-shield" you are talking about is way to complicated for the devs.
also soul hunters are still able to bully you by binding you for 1min with shadow binding + dna, which is okay, but you dont see soul hunter bikergangs roaming around terrorizing the neighborhood.
