Topic, or should I just remake a new one? I only have a level 83 Female Ninja though, and I decided for it to have 1 dex because I read on the Wiki that Throw kunai never misses, and I also did not look at any guide or ask for advice at all

 

I did not even know that the server already has Kagerou/Oboro until I hit level 80 because thats where I started to read for info

Well depends, if you are going for Magic then yes, you can get Insta cast from 16th Night and gears, if Throwing Build then not really, since your dmg will be pretty weak.

I plan on doing a magic build since I read it is better to make a Magic build for Kagerou because of 16th Night, but I think the stats are already bad as it is. If I recall correctly, these are her stats:

 

100 STR

1 AGI

60 INT

60 VIT

1 DEX

1 LUK

 

Also, I do not plan on spending tons of zenny on this Ninja. I'm already having a hard time gearing up my GX I'm just trying to make one for fun because playing a Ninja is fun!

 

Maybe I should just remake or do a stat reset?

Oboro is better for Magic build since they have skills that increase MATK beside 16th Night, though np, Kagerou will do just fine without it. Anyway about your stats, for Magic build, yes it's bad, no magic user should have 100 STR, 100 INT/DEX/VIT is what you should aim for.
