Basically as the title suggests, have an option box that lets you check off which debuffs/mutes/etc you don't want to purify when you use purify/cure.
Example: Your teammate have the following status effects: Mute, MSPD down, Accu down, Dodge down, AP Down, MDef down, Def down
MDef down, Accu down, and Def down have been excluded from purify.
You purify your teammate with Purify lvl 5 (dispells 5 debuffs).
Your teammate has the following status effects: MDef down, Accu down, Def down
3 status effects remain from the original 7, even though Purify should clear it so that only 2 status effects remain.
Reason? Sometimes you just want to purify mutes and accu down etc. while leaving mdef down and def down in place so that it's harder for your teammates to survive and makes the game more interesting.
I assume this would be extremely impractical and difficult to implement and is but a very silly idea.
