Hello! 

 

I need advice in the leveling gear I should buy. I'm currently level 70 and have a budget of around 200mill (it's not alot but :S...).

btw right now I'm rocking Eden Gears...

If somebody can help me I would gretly appreciate.

Build? It all depends on build. Weapon I guess hurricane fury or giant axe or doomslayer. Immune whatever garment you can get. Doesn't hurt to have a rideword hat or turkey headgear. variant shoes.

I guess for leveling CC is the best way to go, so that's my choice.

Then ya pretty much the gears I said. Later would be good to have +7 twin edge sword (red) with 3 archer skeleton cards in it since CC is ranged.

I guess anything else would be if you can get as much cast time reduction gears but that will come out super expensive so alternatively I say get a phen carded accessory or Orlean's gown so your CC doesn't get interrupted. Also bloody shackle ball set would be nice.

I have no comments regarding leveling as a biochemist. It looks really boring, and with a lot of pretending to be useful in TI parties. Leveling as a gen is where it gets interesting. 

 

for gen gear: evil orleans, phen accessory, volcano armor [0], water orleans (between water, fire, and shadow, you're usually good to go - fire orleans is better than volcano armor, and then you won't need the phen for a while, but sadly, pasana cards are really expensive now). Then, depending on priorities and playstyle, either +7 3xAS RTE (this is ~120m, but you'll use it forever) and some racial shields for the common races in TI's, or an AS HF (also around 120m, but at +4 not +7). The axe does considerably more damage, but you're less durable, while you can wear a shield for 30% race reduc with the RTE. I prefer the RTE. Variant shoes, and... you want an immune garment of some sort, but that will probably bring the total past 200m

I just bought a +7 3xKB Twin Edge (red) for 99m.

 

as a fellow Bio, you want this   and get the Variant shoe as well.

What about using bloodied shackled balls set against variants? Does it significantly affects the damage with CC or AB?

With CC it increase the damage. Don't remember if it did for AB tho. You got to think more damage(BSB set)? Or 10% more HP/SP? (variants)

BSB will always increase damage, with AB or CC. It's +50 atk. Whether it's worth losing shoes, an accessory, and a bunch of weight is a different discussion.

If you are going to use CC, I would try to get something that reduces cast. Sprint Rings, RWC rings with spell 3x2, +9 kk crown of deceit, faw with spell enchant. When I leveled my Gen i didn't use Rideword because I couldn't stand the slow cast. I prefered KK crown of deceit. Expensive but more dps.

IMO, RWH isn't really that helpful for gen. 

 

The HP drain will not cover your HP needs (nor even come close, IIRC - I don't think I even noticed the hp regen from RWH when I was leveling my gens), and gen usually has tons of int and a large SP mod, so they typically do not have SP problems (and if they do, you can just pot some SP items - 60m (it's 500kp right? That's 60-75m of KP) buys far more SP items than you'll need to get to 150. 

 

The usefulness of BSB is debatable. Certainly it's inferior to whole bunches of stuff you can't afford. But if the question is between variants+junk accessories, and BSB + shackle set, the BSB is a more interesting option.
