Hi I'm new to this game, that happens to me when I use the letter "x" to normal attack my character freezes, I think that is a bug of the game anyone can help me giving me directions as I improve that error

I can not leave the first town when I want to go to mission me back to the town center

Sounds like a clientside thing. Try reinstalling the game, perhaps in a different folder (not Program Files) and make sure to clean your registry of all DS related stuff.
