Can't vote kick if group lead?

You can't vote kick yourself out of the group.

I can't initiate it to vote kick someone else. I just happen to be group lead with the option greeted out

Try clicking on the name first, see if it still stays grayed out. I vote kicked someone today, and I was group leader.

You gotta click the name you wanna vote kick in the list in order to initiate the vote.
In the image you're currently on your name yourself, apparently you can't vote kick yourself and noone does.
