Earthquakes!

Had a 5.3 yesterday and a 4.3 today here in southern California. Was working underground at Disneyland when the 4.3 happened. Pretty interesting to experience an earthquake from below. Personally, I'd rather have a series of small quakes instead of one huge shaker. I know we here in Cali are overdue for a major one so I'd rather take it broken down than whole.
I know the rest of the Pacific rim (lol) has been experiencing quakes of their own. The ring of fire is lively this week.

As long as the earthquake activity doesn't move over to the Yellowstone volcano and destabilize it and cause it to blow.
Here in South Dakota we rarely get earthquakes and it's even rarer that we feel them.

Earthquakes still happen frequently in Christchurch, luckily I invested in a bed on wheels, so I just go with the flow and sleep through it
