Hi!

 

Is it possible to have a decent 193 ASPD Ranger and decent AS cast time/sp pool at the same time?

 

i thought of something like this...

(all stats -1 since slotted bdm has only +1 all stats,  +6 dex from mora enchants)

 

Are there certain cards that could make it possible?

 

With buff food i get to 193 ASDP (i hope iro calc is accurate LOL)

The thing is I want to hunt MVPs too or break emp quickly. Pure AS Ranger is kinda lame :|

 

Btw: Yes i have thana but on different server (far behind iRO) and I'm looking for some help from expirienced players.

Ship Captain's Hat (+7% ranged dmg on our server) + Pipe increases ranged dmg by 1% on our server for each refine. (I think it's different on iRO, not sure tbh)

 

The downside is that we don't have Big Xbow but Elven Bow should be better for single target dmg, or? Also SP consumption would be a little less since Elven bow doesn't have +sp cost debuff.

 

Can someone calculate or show me how to calculate AS cast time with my stats + Kathryne Keyron card (-12% cast time)

 

Help is highly appreciated.

I can help you with the cast part:

 

AS cast time : 3.8s variable

 

Cast time is multiplied by 1 − SQRT[(DEX × 2 + INT) ÷ 530)] and then KK is applied

 

So for your stats of 155 dex and 60 int, cast time will be 0.55 seconds.

You can try having two equips, one for ASPD another for AS, for example, have the +14elven with beholder master card and the Thanatos for a BXB, also you can use guarana candy for aspd .
Its tottaly possible to have an hybrid ranger that can be good at ASPD/auto warger and AS you just probably had to spend a lot of zeny

Btw, can anyone check if Imy calculations are legit or if i can reach max aspd easier/more profitable?

Could 7% ATK from bakonawa outdmg +3% (bow thimb)/5% dmg (archer medal) with above gear?

All you need to do is to get 6 3rd class performers in your party, cast dances with wargs, get a support rg and you are all set.

Guarna Candies are actually useless. They grant the Concentration Potion buff which doesn't stack with the Awakening Potion buff and is weaker. The only difference is that they also give you Increase AGI level 5 which hardly lasts long at all. This will not stack with the Priest version of Increase AGI either. Awakening Potions and Celermine Juice do stack so those are the things you want to be using.

But its easier to carry guaranas than have a Priest where ever you go and cheaper than a agi scroll :V

+7 agi for 4k zenny is far far away from being useless.They also weight 1.

Guarana candy is not useless. Specially if you are aspd. One of the weakness of being aspd is being decrease agi'd. Candy is really yummy when I get decrease Agi.
