Much of a difference in terms of what enchants are available and how easy they are to obtain it?

going for a +10 from +9 cost like , 1b on average. additional a few hundred million zenny to +12 (you will need 100 HD ores in average)

 

No bonus enchants for +12 but %6 ranged attack does boost your AS damage quite some..

might get ea4 on slot 3 as I've seen it although the chances of it happening I can't say for sure. You can get ea 2 ea 3 ea 4 in theory but thats more difficult than winning the lottery. Highest I saw was ea1 ea 3 ea 4 on a +12 wws
