how many times can i buy im passive skills and use it on my player?., to add more stats?., is it possible?

I am not quite sure, but I think you are asking if you can buy the same skill more than once, and apply it to the same character? That is a very good question. I don't think you can, once you have learned a skill, you can not learn it again. OFC, you never know. I am personally not willing to waste real money on finding that out. Remember, IM passives are account bound, so you have to make sure you buy them on the right account for whatever character you want to use them for.

They don't stack. You can only one of the same passive on a single character.

No passive can ever be learnt more than once. This is always the same, be it for normal passives (although in this case you can determine to what lvl you want to put the skill), unique passives, or item mall ones.
