I can't use Ultimate Game Card to purchase WarpPortal Energy or it's giving me an Invalid Pin error. Why is this happening?

Turns out it was redeemed tried another company. The code was used, I'm thinking it went through but didn't give me the points.

Same as me, I bought 3 gamecard a from CVS $60 when I redeemed it still said "invalid pin code" all of them
