Invalid pin code!

I bought gamecard for $60 when I redeemed it's said "invalid pin code" WTF!!! Warpportal

Are you using the correct option? 

 

Be sure you're not doing the "warpportal virtual gift card" thing - there are two places where you can enter a code on the website - one of them is for Warpportal WPE codes (the 1000, 2000, or 3000 WPE gift codes you buy with WPE), and the other is for UGC and all the other supported prepaid cards. 

 

Hopefully, that was it. 

 

Failing that, submit a ticket via support.warpportal.com and ask them why it's not going through.

Yeah, thats where you should be going. 

 

Make a ticket. (If this is your first ticket - ticket login is separate from warpportal login - you'll need to create an account for it. This is so you can use your support account to ask for help with problems that keep you from logging into your warpportal account)

Yes, please ticket in. The Ultimate Game Card redemption is not working properly right now due to a change to the UGC redemption system, we are working with them to get it fixed as soon as possible.

It isn't lost. We can and will make you right if the code was consumed by our website. So please do submit it a ticket.

The support system tends to make things right and make you satisfied on purchases and stuff. Just submit a ticket, give the information (the card type and card code and where you purchased it. Heck, a copy of the receipt helps a lot), and just be patient. It'll go faster the more information you give :)

Wish there was some sort of notice about this issue on the front page or something.. Instead of finding out like this lol. Bought 2 cards and the codes don't work as well.

Yeah they should put that on the WarpPortal Power Up page.
