What stats and skills I put?

Trigger Happy and Desperado.

 

Chain Action. Snake Eyes and Single Action.

 

Possibly Last Stand if you maintain your coins properly. It works well via AoE mobbing with Desperado.

 

Then w/e you want.

 

As for stats, mobbing requires VIT, otherwise you want AGI. In all stat builds you need to maximize DEX, and grab some INT if you foresee heavy skill usage. You don't need STR.

Now do some work for yourself instead of asking for help with the absolute basics.
