Hello. My questions are:
Do I have to level my homun to lv. 99 before going to Geneticist?
What happens if I don't?
I don't have enough time to get my homun to Loyal before changing to 3rd job. There's a problem If I don't evolve my homun? (I'm using Vanil)

You don't have to level it to 99.You can level it after turning into a genetic.You don't have to evolve it either.
Just make sure that once it turns 99 you immediately stop levelling it until it is turned into a Homun-S.
The reason is that once you turn into a geneticist your homunculus can be levelled beyond 99 even if it is not a Homun-S.This should be avoided because the stat gains for a homunculus is worse than that of it's S version.
