If you clear your Cookies and Cache, that should resolve the issue. (Ctrl+Shift+Delete)

If that is not the case, please let us know.

Having the same issue. Clearing cache/cookies and reinstalling Kalydo didn't help. I see this has been going on with other users for about a month.

Thanks Warp Portal for ruining one of my favorite MMOs from back in the day.

RIP Requiem Memento Mori

We've seen an increase in this kind of issue with players using Kalydo. Our team of programmers are currently working on resolving this issue.

We apologize for the delay.

Not working for me either. I've tried Chrome. I.E, FireFox, and tried on another computer. Still getting this error. Looks like people have been getting this error since 2012!

I have tried clearing my cache / cookies, and also repeatedly refreshing the page.

OK tested the issue. I am pretty sure this is an issue on the developers end. You can probably get around it by constantly refreshing your browser. Something tells me its an issue where its failing to connect to the login server as I was able to get it sporadically.

You can also make your account workable on the client. In order to create accounts in Requiem, the Facebook app creates some ridiculous user account no one will remember and then does some type of lookup in order to log it in. My Facebook account is 10000296477####(Blanked out the last 4). You might be able to check what your account is by logging into WarpPortal with Facebook and checking under the Account Information Tab. You may also need to change the password as it might be some generated security key. When you change your password it does not change your ability to login through Facebook from what I have seen.
