When a character is created, the name that is chosen for that character is taken, and never able to be used by anyone again, even if the character is later deleted. I was just wondering if it would be a good idea (or even possible) to release the names of old deleted characters, and perhaps delete characters from long-banned accounts (but keep those accounts banned) and release those names as well.
After more than a decade, some people are cunning enough to come up with a unique name without the use of special characters and/or numbers, but more often than not, your likely to encounter people with names like "N!ght St@lk3er32".
