Valkyrian or the bio4 instance armor we don't have yet.

Increase damage of Fatal Manace, Triangle Shot, Cross Impact and Cross Ripper Slasher by 10%
Has a chance to get Cri+20, Flee+20, Atk+10% and Matk+10% bonus for 10 seconds when doing physical attack.
A chance is increased depend on refine level.
Type : Armor
Def : 70
Weight : 20
Require level : 160
Usable jobs : Thief classes

Its for 14.3, not bio4, my mistake earlier.
