I searched but nothing came up. i have 2 lvl 200+ on the first server but which is more active and can i transfer an account to the other server cause ive spent like over 100$ lol

There is no better server.

Both servers are pretty much the same, the major difference between them is that Leonis is the older server (there are some old items which do not exist on Draconis)

I'd say just check it out

ok cool. how about at the highest levels, i just want to party with higher levels and well get max lol

Both are saturated with max levels.

As to your question about transferring accounts. You don't need to, you would just need to create a character on the other server. However any items you have on the one server, can not be transferred to the other. Unless they are in your IM purchases tab. Those items will show up on your purchases no matter which server you are on, and they will stay there until you remove them.
