Hello,

 

I downloaded the game client through steam and while I was waiting for it to download I registered for the game through http://www.playragnarok2.com/

 

However, when I started the game up in steam I am told to make an account! I already made an account with my email so I can't remake the account- So I can't start playing! Is there a solution to this?

I had the same problem, While I never found a solution I did find a work around.

 

In steam go to: properties>Local Files>Brows Local Files

Once in the RO2 Folder create a desktop shortcut for RO2Patcher and load the game from there. This will allow you to just log in under the account you made.

 

Now rember this is under your account name in WP and not your email adress.

 

As a side note steam will not show that your playing RO2 nor will chat message come through the game from steam, But least you can play the game!
