Does anyone know what are the effects of each transformation scroll?

You become a said monster with Monster "guild emblem" graphic on top of your head for a few min. Useful for disguising your class in WoE, otherwise, it's a role playing tool.

Raydric gives 25% ranged damage with a bow. Supposedly Mavka does the same, but I have not tested that.

I wish the Raydric was a normal Raydric not the archer. The other one looks much cooler.

I can only wish for Khalitzburg scrolls.

 

Give the non-150s various Raydrics, and the GL Abysmal.
