I had 10lvl Heavy Lift (Increase Maximum Weight Capacity) learnt while I was a hunter, but after reborn I found my archer's weight capacity return to normal and the Heavy Lift skill just simply disappear.
Do I get my skill back when I once again be a sniper? Or does it just glitched?

If you talk to the ripper guy he will let you relearn it without using coupons.
Have you not tried that?

It's Callus on Classic.
Pretty sure it used to be Callus on Renewal as well.
And upon logging in and checking, I've noted that it IS Ripped Callus, not Wilted Cabbage or whatever.

some (p)server use the wrong name though, just search for ripped cabus on google 
maybe iro did also until someone realised that some translator made a huge mess

It used to be Cabus. Either way, dogging on someone that skipped a dialogue box you use once in your character's lifespan takes too much energy.
