Now is the time for you to vote on who should represent YOUR Class! The ones chosen as a representative will be giving back crucial and vital information to our Development to help shape the future of the class they represent. They will also be collecting feedback for their respected classes from their community, to help make THAT class the best it can be! This will include both PvP and PvM aspects of gameplay. So, where can you vote? It's easy! I hope... We will be having 1-3 Representing for each class so each vote will matter!~

Should probly be both if anything. Specially seeing as a rep, your expectation is to interact both in-game, and on the forums. And should be known by both -if seperate- alias'.

Do you think it would be helpful to keep up the bios that people posted and add the ones that they PM'd to Leo?  Then if you don't know someone you would be able to read through those help you choose.

The forum response to be considered for these positions were not really personal.  I would have assumed people did a PM to Leo so no one would comment on their worthiness or not.  The posts stated how long the player had played, what server, their thoughts on the class, etc.  All of that would be important for someone new to the game that doesn't really know the people and might help some that are not as well known.
