Was just wondering, currently confused on whether to get an ifrit mask+kasa/sala crds or cd in mouth @.@

CD in mouth gives more versatility (5 different elements as opposed to just one from ifrit mask) as well as more damage without salamander.If you're willing to lose neutral resist% and are fighting monsters weak to fire,use ifrit mask else use CD.

Iirc cd+high orc shield doesn't work againts ranged monsters but ifrit mask does. I had that prob when peach tree was in low TI. So it's better to have both. If you have dark lord you most probably can have both.

But then DL got same effect as Ifrit mask so just go cd.

The reason for that is that ifrit mask's meteors are triggered on receiving physical damage whereas CD's bolts are triggered on dealing physical damage.High orc card can only reflect physical melee attacks so CD will only work with melee attacks.

However,most monsters are melee attackers anyways so it is of little relevance.Getting both is still recommended.
