The elite wolverine does not seem to be giving the proof, im sure i must have killed around 50+ of these. This may be extreme bad luck but I would like if someone could check it out. the other monsters dropped the proofs in 1-2 kills. 

 

Edit: Just got it after killing like 100 of them, I guess it was just a bad luck overdose

The Elite Wolverine is always the worst of the mobs to get the proof from. When I do the CG quest, I always go for that one first.
