hello everyone!!
so im new to this game, and after a lot of thought im had decide to have my first character be a archer which im be making into a ranger, but after dealing the decision of what class to choose now im wondering which build and gear would be good for a ranger that could be proficient or defend himself in PvM (solo and in group) MVPing and WoE.
im have been looking at the different threads in the Archer forum, but havent seen any thread that helped with stat distribution etc.
so any help would be apreciated :/

also is there any way,quest or object that can restart the skill points and stat distribution points?
