Ok so I just found out all my accounts are banned for no apparent reason. My friends are also saying they got the same. Whats going on with rose? Can someone help us on this since it's taking them forever to reply on tickets?

Unfortunately, no one here can help you with that. If it's taking forever (over two days normally, they generally respond within that time), send a private message to ShazamO regarding it, since there may be an issue with support at times.

Remember to only create 1 ticket per issue.
The more tickets created cause your tickets to be answered at a delayed rate.

But as you've submitted a ticket, you will find out soon enough. And hopefully it is either a misunderstanding or nothing serious, that you may continue to enjoy playing ROSE.
On the other hand, if you've been doing something unpleasant, well... as I said, no account or IP is ever banned without a reason.

And oh I also remember, a player got banned because someone submitted an "EDITED" screenshot of him selling zulie. The guy who reported him told me he just made an edited screenshot and got the poor guy banned. Just saying. And I also know someone who got IP banned and GMs said he is selling zulie for real money but it was never proven. LMAO

A number of people usually try to defame and discredit our Player Experience Team, when most times they're just angry they got caught. I could claim to you anything I want in-game, but of course it's up to you to believe them or not. However, I would suggest not to take what most say on good faith, without having actual proof in hand. Players state they were responsible for one thing or another, just to gain notoriety, some fear, but the reality is, something so serious would involve a thorough investigation to verify such a report. And just the same, I can proclaim to have never done something bad or wrong, when reality is I have.
In the end, the outcome/response for being suspended is the same. Most never think they did something to warrant it. And in some cases, they may not have and it was a simple mistake, overlook or misunderstanding. We're all still human and make mistakes, but there are most certainly the times where the research was done, evidence found and action taken.
So, to further note, if it was an IP ban, you may have recently swapped to a new IP, if you're on a dynamic IP host, and someone within your ISP was banned for something very malicious. It may not be your fault at all. Again, it's suggested you wait to hear back what your situation is. The Player Experience Team is always willing to help when they're able.

my Friend got banned last week , he got it after 3 days , the support team just said sorry bout that, they investigated and didn't find anything lmao!!

Sadly, sometimes when you sell soemthing to another payer, if THEY received the zully illegally, the you are involved, be it indirectly or not.
