Hi just to report a bug at the end of this dungeon, after kill Ermes, Juliana never appear; I try it 4 times and the 4 times never appear.

One way I tried to trick it into happening is to force quit your game after the fight cutscene and then log back in. It should teleport you back into the room when you relog. I did this when Juliana spawned but could not be attacked. It's a weird temporary solution, hopefully it will work for you.
