Hi!

 

I don't exactly know what to do so I'm posting this after sending a ticket to the WP help service.

I was buying some Enriched Oridecon 10 and Enriched Elunium 10 boxes and after completeng the purchase nothing happened.

 

My KP were discounted but no item was given to me

I'm always using KP and this is the first time something like it happens. Could anyone help me, please?

Were you at 100 item limit or something? 

 

 

Regardless of why it happen, don't worry - when the GMs get to your ticket, they'll either refund the KP or give you the item.

No, I wasn't at 100 limit. I'll wait for them to answer as you say.
