guild requirement: you attend WoE whenever you can

LVL requirement? Anyone who want to play this game still can join imo, if you play, i'll play with you XD but don't just join and noob out....or else

I just joined a cool guild named Valhalla, we have sinXs in guild but they look weak compared to you in the video. I would like to know what are your stat build please!
