it would be a good idea to put some CAD and SCAD on armor for atleast melee classes (maybe except sin) so that they can do better damage against a skill spammer casters

  Gives a huge advantage to melee vs casters.... I would like to see 90 armors let you pick 2 stats to increase, so if you want to increase SCAD/CAD you can or HP/CAD or whatever... It should be up to the player.
