I haven't tested this patch with my max level characters yet but I honestly didn't see much affect at all (with max charm set and all the rest in INT cleric buffs) while leveling one of my lowbies from levels 90-100. If there wasn't a patch, I would not have known the difference. I know that most buffs are based on % and higher level characters will probably notice the negative affects based on that fact but, in my opinion, low levels can still roll based on these changes.

First hand, I still have yet to see what the testing of the high level classes reveal. I've read what some think but, in life, people are resistant to change (especially when it affects something they worked hard for). Thus far, the people offering observations that these changes are for the worst still have not convinced me this change is not for the future betterment of ROSE. I like the idea of reverting back to Pre-Evo when the best buffs came from different classes. I may even attempt to party with people again, although I have been dual clienting 95% of the time for years now.

The carts are fine but I really hope gravity is done with mounts and carts. It's more than obvious that Dev team figured out how to manipulate these items to make them better and offer a variety but I have to think some of us old schooler's are going to cry wolf again and ask for some end game content. Learn to manipulate that and you will learn how to continue to manipulate my wallet. Keep up the good work!
