gives the provided bonuses:

 

Increases party members' Base ATK/DEF and MATK/MDEF. Bonuses increase depending on the skill level.

however at max level i only get 75 bonus magic attack.and even less magic defense seriously (same thing with pattk/pdef)? what is the point in having this skill anyway. it's been this way for YEARS, any notice of this actually being fixed?

as nearly every skill with % increase it increases your BASE stats and these are for MATK the dmg you would deal without a weapon ... like nothing (same for the other stats)

 

my recommendation: dont waste your skill points for it, you only need blessing (lvl 1) if you want to use chain lightning

the point i'm trying to make is, the skill is not working as described.

 

if blessing were described as; blesses everyone in the party with 2k max HP fine, so long as it works as intended rather than have a useless skill sitting in my window that i choose not to have because it just plain doesn't work.

 

there is no choosing between blessing and other skills like the way it should be, blessing is an automatic no.
