The changes to the values of buffs are bit because of the Charm bonus impact that was not well included or anticipated, originally in consideration to the full scope of impact from player builds. Rather than scale back the effects of Charm or Primary Stats and affect all skills, we've given focus to certain skills that are considered to be only useful from the a single source and enhance these skills so they are able to be more competitive with one another. This change should offer a more equalized rate of play style and build strategy, given the choice of attention for your build.
Some minor enhancements to the Soldier/Champion's Axe tree were added, to allow the class to have a bit more equal in expectant ability from other skill trees and skill effect options.

Bug Fix
(v503) Corrected the buff values for the respected "Advanced" versions of Cleric buffs to match. Remember we are trying to get away from the "pay-to-win."
FOR THE FREE SKILL RESET, PLEASE RE-LOG ON TO YOUR ACCOUNT TO RETRIEVE IT.
Got no free stat and skill resets? They should be included. Every single reason behind it is in the changes you made and posted above. The scaling of the buff values with regards to charm were mostly reduced; people should be given the fair option to stick to those old stat builds or not. This is the same regarding skill resets. You are going to be completely unfair to all Roserians withholding those free resets. Please add Free Stat, Skill, and Unique Skill resets ASAP. Thank you.
so way all this buff change anyone can fill me in or do i have to read 12 pages for it lol poor clerics go up and down make your mind btw my cleric have all charm and rest on int dunno ether now what is what
The cleric are dead. I am no longer have the max INT EQ because most of them are either sold, account bound (to the storage account), or cannot be found. But on the second screenshot, I lose a lost of charm (more than half) and only have 635 INT, which are considered as low INT, but the different between the buffs are small, very small.
I will try to compare using basic stat only in the moment.
From the basic comparison buffs, between 400 int vs 400 charm, the 400 charm buff is still tiny bit stronger than the 400 int buff. The differences between the stats after the buffs range from 1% to 4%.
scored the candy cart for my arti candy coated roar hahahaa love it haven't had time to really look at the update yet though
Edit.. Ok so after reading the comments and having a look at my buffer I think you went a little to far reducing some of the buffs as well as I'm not sure what's happening between charm/int but as with everyone most my int gear is sold... but luckily I haven't played much since the last big skill update so I still have free resets to play with will get back to you all...
That INT thing they're mentioning is the off-buff-stat.
MUSE = INT
HAWKER = DEX
SOLDIER = STR
DEALER = CON
The off-stats are how you increased buffs in an indirect method. Essentially, making a "buffer/debuffer/healer" means CHA + [Offstat] are your primary focuses.
Alright wana know the news nw, seems i already saw in comments than int stat is base cleric stat for buff?? Dam xD seems players will get pissed, well idk how i will be wen i enter again xD but might seems gd cause an passive def buff, will check late xd (nowadays i dont play rose mutch )
Well the best I can do atm for comparison is this pic atm but I think Fuer is right its more the buff nerf itself & the slight increased benefit to having INT looks narrows the gap between the 2 attributes now
Whoa nice increase on the MP bar monkey, I bet that more then doubled the amount of heals you can cast before worrying about mana. Probly good for spamming too during high damage sessions.
Really simple, they know people will spend more money on stat buffers now.
I do love one thing: Int was all a cleric ever needed back in the day, some nubs say it is op so now clerics need charm to buff and heal.....Now you need a charm cleric, a charm dealer, charm soldier, and ofc a charm hawker. Man these guys are good at prying money from people. Of course they could actually add something to the game to get money...nah

I am stil curious who wanted this buff nerfs.. what pulls the trigger to do that?
It's not because people playing rose want that ? I see more people disagree with this change
than agree ...
