At 3:00PM PST(5/21), we will be doing a Server Maintenance for Dragon Saga. Lots of Item Mall Item Changes and bringing back 1 Item back(It can be an Item Mall item or other item otherwise) to the European Players!

 

The Information we will need from you is...

If you have Submitted a Ticket for an Item Retrieval, please give us up to 2 weeks to place the item in the last slot in your inventory!

did server started maintance already,sooner then planned? because my launcher says "new version found" and no matter if i press yes or no it gives error that cant find version,and starts infinity repair process? is it or my client is broken?

It seems that your client is broken.

A good idea is to re-install the client. If you don't have the installer anymore you could use my fixed installer (if you have a non-english windows) found here:

otherwise you can use the original WarpPortal installer.

 

When this problem persists, try to install the game into an alternative folder. Sounds strange but that has "repaired" some clients already.

Sorry for going offtopic,but i did waiited for that "repair" to finish=no help,then i reinstalled game and when i press play DS window opens,but its white and closes before showing those "company names" comercials when u lounch game,any idea what coul be wrong? it freshly instaled client >.>

I think this normally belongs to the technical support section.

To your problem:
Try to install the game to another folder - sounds strange, I know.
But in this topics:

the players had the same problem and just installing to another folder has solved this.

I had this years before with the EU client and I did the same to solve this problem.
It may be needed that you delete/uninstall your old client before.

Give it a try and let me know if it works.
Now it's almost 11pm here in Germany, it's very warm here (I don't like the summer) and I'm in a bad mood, so I go to bed now.
If your problem persists, I'll try to take care of it tomorrow, really. :-)

I don't check the forums every 5 hours, and this has been warned 4 hours before the maitenance itself?

 

wasn't aware of the servers shutting down, and got disconnected.. right when I was killing paris.

Didn't get the rewards least to say.

I apologize greatly that I couldn't get the message out sooner. (I've had a cold/sore throat since yesterday so I couldn't make the post)

thank you yurioj75 ,instaling into another partitition helped,game is working fine now. does someone knows how long this maintance will be,I cannot see the "end" time in announcement

I know that is a strange behavior and although I am a programmer myself, I can't explain this phenomenon.

 

The server maintenance usually takes 2 hours. Sometimes a bit longer.

does this mean that if you have +16 items already and you +1 it to +17, it doesn't qualify in this event?

Are you 100% sure because in the top post you said the item must be 15 or below to qualify and now I think you saying it doesn't matter what enchant lvl it is. I think everyone want to know for certain what it true because it could become a big mess once the events is over.

Well just to be certain, I've enchanted two items for this event purpose: (Was going for 4 but I have terrible luck)

 

One is a +15 gloves to +16. It was +15 before the event started.

One is a +18 pants to +19. It was +18 before the event started.

 

So a player would expect both then right? Or the +15>16 one only? Cause you're saying one thing and the maint. notes say the other.

is the enchant event include weapon ?
