Original proposal (18 Feb 2014)
-Each town would have a Low Level and a High Level board
-Each board would contain monsters that are local to the town it is located in
-Boards are to be located near each town's tool shop
-Each board would give players options to do kill counts (10, 20, or 30) or item turn-ins (15, 30, or 45)

-New settings proposed
- Only players within the level range of a board can take the quests on it.
- Players can either take kill quests individually or Take All.
- Reward 1 EMB if a player takes 4+ kill quests or Take All.
- Reward 75% EXP x 150 kill counts per kill quest (100% EXP x 150 for VIPs).
- Reward 40k zeny per individual turn in OR Take All turn-ins.
- Allow players to turn in quests if they overlevel for the board as long as the kill counts are complete.

-New settings proposed
- Only players within the level range of a board can take the quests on it.
- Players can either take kill quests individually or Take All.
- Reward 1 EMB if a player turns in 4+ kill quests (to prevent players from abusing Bounty Boards that have less than 4 monsters).
- Reward 75% EXP x 100 kill counts per kill quest (VIPs can choose to put EXP in either Base Level or Job Level.)
- Reward 1000 Zeny x Base Level per monster turn in.
- Allow players to turn in quests if they overlevel for the board as long as the kill counts are complete.
