Since last patch it seems that pets are no longer attacking correctly. Debuff pets don't attack at all, only cast their debuffs. Pets that are otherwise meant to attack now don't attack very much at all. AoE pets like mermaid only cast their AoEs and no longer attack single target in between.

Agree..
The pets seems to be working randomly. Pets like Mermaid, PecoPeco, Vador, Moonnight Flower does not work against Humbaba in Garden of Baphomet (Hard); but worked against Baphomet.
